I am generally interested in understanding high temperature processes through geochronology and isotope geochemistry, and I have been working on a range of different problems. My current research is focusing on the evolution of the continental crust, e.g. through U-Pb-Hf-O isotopes in zircon, Sr isotopes in plagioclase or whole-rock geochemistry. I run a project on continental crust formation in the Archaean and the Proterozoic through a grant from the Swedish Research Council (VR). This work is focused towards the Archaean North Atlantic Craton with field areas in southern West Greenland, the Paleoproterozoic Birimian orogen of West Africa, and the Paleo- to Mesoproterozoic orogens of the Fennoscandian shield.
