E-mails may not be delivered to you!

Email messages sent from LU are not guaranteed to be delivered to Microsoft email addresses (msn, live, hotmail and outlook and possibly others), or in cases where the recipient has their email forwarded to such addresses. There is no consistency to these problems; some e-mail messages just "disappear” along the way without us receiving any indication that something has gone wrong. Gmail accounts are also affected, as mail from LU may end up in junk mail. The fault is not LU's and LU cannot affect this. The mail messages that do not arrive have been sent from LU correctly, and been received by the receiving servers. These email problems primarily affect communication with our current and potential students.
